Cancellation Policy

At Maintainit, we believe in earning your business every month. Our services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation, your website will continue to receive maintenance and support until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not prorate cancellations.

Refund Policy

Because our services involve immediate allocation of resources and engineering time to secure, backup, and optimize your website, we do not offer refunds for the current billing month once it has started.

If you are unsatisfied with our service during your first 14 days, please reach out to our support team so we can address your concerns. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
